| The high quality of extra virgin olive oil "ELIKI" quality is due to a number of factors, including, suitable soil, plenty of sunshine, plenty of fresh air and appropriate direction of area
(northern). The olive trees are cultivated on rocky, limestone soil on well-aired and sunlit
slopes. The olive crop is harvested with the great love and care of the owner by the traditional method of "hand and comb" and it is immediately taken to olive presses where the olive oil is made at low temperatures. |

| In 2002, the American Tasting Institute after a blind judging announced the extra virgin olive oil "ELIKI" as an American Taste Award Winner. The laboratory is certified with ELOT-EN-ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for Acidity analyses for extra virgin olive oil. |
