Mediterranean Salad with black currants

Ingredients

  • 400gr of different green salads
  • 1 green apple cut in slices
  • 2 tablespoons corn
  • 4-5 twigs dill
  • 4 breadsticks in pieces
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2- cup small parmesan slices
  • 4 tablespoons black currants
  • 1 teaspoon sesame
  • Salt
Vinaigrette
  • 4 tablespoons apple juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper

Method

In a large bowl, mix together the salads, apple, corn and dill. Add a pinch of salt. Add the bread sticks, prosciutto, parmesan and currants. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Whisk together the ingredients of the vinaigrette and pour over the salad. Mix all together and serve.
